In July of 1993, Mr. Maxwell joined the real estate development company, Clary Development Corporation. CDC was involved as a principal in owning, developing, leasing and managing primarily shopping centers, office and land development projects, and mixed-use projects located in 10 states. Other projects that CDC was involved in included apartments, a hotel/conference center, office buildings, medical office & hospital, single-tenant properties, land-lease communities, office park and business park developments. Developments with which CDC was involved contained, in the aggregate, over 4 million square feet of building area having a combined value of over $550 million. Jeff was responsible for planning and preliminary design of new development projects, hiring and coordination of architectural and engineering consultants and contractors, and managing projects during the construction phase. He was involved with feasibility studies including cost estimating, and with zoning and planning issues involving the various municipal agencies that have jurisdiction over sites being developed by CDC. His responsibilities also included the design and construction of tenant finish work, as well as the oversight of property management and maintenance for all properties owned by CDC.
After leaving Clary Development, Mr. Maxwell formed JM Development & Consulting, LLC in June of 2010, and served as Developer/Consultant for Little Rock Medical Associates on the re-development of the Doctor’s Hospital Property in Little Rock, a $20.5 million project. He also served as a Development Consultant for Whisinvest Realty during this time.
In January of 2015, Jeff joined the Whisinvest team full time and serves as the Director of Whisinvest’s real estate development efforts.
Mr. Maxwell is an Architect and Realtor licensed in the state of Arkansas. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Catherine Mulkey joined the Whisinvest Realty team in 2014 as the Director of Property Management and also serves as the teams Principal Broker.
After receiving her BA in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, she begin a career in commercial real estate, focusing primarily on leasing and property management.
Catherine’s experience leasing and managing properties has come from working in both the public and private sectors of real estate in Arkansas. Her portfolio of commercial properties has included general office, medical office, as well as retail establishments.
Catherine is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Little Rock, serving on several committees and currently serving on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. Through Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI), she is currently working towards a professional designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA).
When she is not working, Catherine can be found riding her horses and spending time with her family.

After receiving his BA in Journalism and Public Relations from Arkansas Tech University, Burke worked in real estate development. His experience includes development of multifamily and single-family projects, as well as medical offices and retail uses. Burke has worked in all phases of development, from planning and site selection through construction management and leasing, so he knows what it takes to create a successful development. As a former City Council member, Burke also draws on his experience in bringing municipalities and developers together to create economically viable developments with long term value.

Nikki is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Northwest Arkansas. She also serves as a board member of the Murrow Indian Children’s Home (MICH), located in her home state of Oklahoma. When she’s not working or volunteering for MICH you can find her enjoying time with her husband relaxing at one of the nearby lakes or cheering her son on at his college baseball games.
